LEONI is increasingly relying on agile working methods in the development of wiring systems. Agile project management relies on interdisciplinary, cross-functional teams that run through process steps faster using the "learn fast, fail fast" method, thereby shortening development times. Our focus is not only on the application of agile methods, but also on promoting an agile mindset. We are convinced that agility is not just a method, but a way of life that significantly shapes the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our employees. Since 2022, we have been combining expertise for maximum innovation, efficiency and new production approaches in our IIC. The bundled know-how is used to standardize processes, which are then rolled out to plants worldwide and ultimately lead to greater efficiency and shorter time-to-market.
